About Megan

After graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree, Megan decided to pursue her true passion- baking and pastry arts- at Chicago’s renowned French Pastry School.

Megan created this blog with the intention of sharing her experiments, disappointments, successes, stories, and tips as a pastry chef.

She likes to use natural ingredients and bake everything from scratch. She is a big believer in organic foods and being eco-friendly.

“I think that if you’re going to eat a dessert, it should be the best-tasting, most beautifully presented dessert you can find (or make!). Eating great food should be an experience for all of the senses.”

Megan is currently living and working in Vail, Colorado, as pastry chef for Restaurant Kelly Liken.
