After graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree, I decided to pursue my true passion- baking and pastry arts- at Chicago’s renowned French Pastry School.
I created this blog with the intention of sharing my experiments, disappointments, successes, stories, and tips as a newly minted pastry chef.
I like to use natural ingredients and bake everything from scratch. I am a big believer in organic foods and being eco-friendly.
I also think that if you’re going to eat a dessert, it should be the best-tasting, most beautifully presented dessert you can find (or make!). Eating great food should be an experience for all of the senses.
